4. Fan Merchandise and Intellectual Property

KPOP180 is an independent fan-merchandise retailer. Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any artist, entertainment company, record label, or official fan club.

The KPOP180 website, brand assets, original text, layout, and original designs are owned by us or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party artist names, group names, trademarks, photographs, and other rights remain the property of their respective owners.

Rights holders may send a good-faith notice to support@180.la. Please include your identity, the protected work, the relevant product or page URL, your contact information, and the basis for your request.

5. Prices, Currency, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice. Your final total, including applicable shipping and taxes collected by us, is shown before you submit payment. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or international transaction fees.

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are handled as described in our Shipping Policy: Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and carrier handling fees imposed by the destination country..

Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, availability, and expiration dates. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to past purchases.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Products are subject to availability. If part of an order is unavailable, we may contact you, cancel the affected item, or ship available items separately.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours after ordering after ordering if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will try to help, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once processing or production has begun.

Personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products may enter production quickly and cannot be changed or cancelled after production starts, except where required by law.

8. Personalization

If a product offers personalization, you are responsible for checking names, numbers, spelling, capitalization, and other submitted details before ordering. We may reject content that is unlawful, abusive, infringing, or technically unsuitable. We are not responsible for errors entered or approved by the customer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may vary by location, currency, device, and order. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method and authorize the applicable charge. Payment may be screened by Shopify, the payment provider, and fraud-prevention services.

10. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless we expressly state otherwise. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, peak periods, incorrect addresses, or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and secure delivery address. Ownership and risk transfer as required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have if an order is lost, damaged, or not delivered.

11. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy. Our policies do not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

12. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person's rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content for operating and promoting KPOP180, subject to applicable privacy law.
